Constitutional Restoration
FROM: Executive Leadership, Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC
DATE: October 30, 2026
SUBJECT: Indefinite Suspension of Cultural Events and Community
Programming Pending Constitutional Restoration
Based on official updates and
corporate directives published via the website portals of The Afri Bar,
this Memorandum establishes a comprehensive, non-discretionary operational
restriction effective immediately.
I. INDEFINITE
SUSPENSION OF CULTURAL PROGRAMMING
All organized public, promotional,
and community operations hosted, sponsored, or corporate-aligned under our
umbrella are suspended indefinitely. This absolute mandate encompasses:
The Afri Unity
Days / The Afri Community Days for all non-African American, Black
community members,
All Hip-Hop culture promotional events,
All programmatic gatherings celebrating
or representing African, African American, Black, Spanish, Latino,
Hispanic, Mexican, and of Color cultural heritages.
II.
TRIGGERING CONDITIONS FOR RESUMPTION
Operational activities will remain
frozen under a total deadbolt until the following legal conditions are fully
resolved and structural violations are cured:
Immediate Custodial Release: The immediate release, remand from
custody, and physical return to his lawful domestic domicile of Mr. Raheim
Faron Coverson. He must be discharged directly into the private,
home-based third-party custody of Oliver B. Mitchell III under the
non-discretionary mandates of California Penal Code Section
1370(a)(1)(B)(i).
Dissolution of Chemical Restraint and
Medical Abuse Orders: The
absolute vacation and dissolution of the October 27, 2026 Mental Health
Division Minute Order issued by Judge Karen Joynt in Hollywood Courthouse
Department 203. This includes the immediate termination of the compulsory
2-year residential program and the flagrant order authorizing the
involuntary administration of psychotropic medications against his
explicit, recorded will.
Block Against Involuntary Medical
Research: A
permanent administrative block against any state psychiatric apparatus,
jail handler, or private non-profit housing network utilizing Mr.
Coverson's person for involuntary medical research, biological containment,
or database siphoning. We explicitly revoke all Privacy Act and HIPAA
Section 164.512(e)(1)(i) implicit or explicit data permissions used to
harvest his telemetry to satisfy the civil commitment grant incentives of
Presidential Executive Order 14321.
Civil Housing Litigation Reconciliation: The appropriate adjudication, civil
damages recovery, and legal reconciliation surrounding the active civil
lawsuits brought forth against Lotus West Properties, Inc., Beach
Front Property Management, and property manager Raquel Parada (LASC Case
Nos. 26STUD08685 / 26STCV21132) regarding their fraudulent 3-day notices
and $0.00 rent ledger lockouts.
Whistleblower Protections: Full administrative and physical safety
protections for the statutory Next Friend standing, personal safety, and
national security whistleblower disclosures of Marine Veteran Oliver B.
Mitchell III.
III.
STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLE REGARDING SAFETY AND EQUAL PROTECTION
Our organization has historically
established the physical safety, security, and well-being of our employees, guests,
visitors, strangers, and future residents as our highest operational priority.
It is a fundamental, non-negotiable term of this corporate charter that the
exact same standard of security, constitutional due process, and bodily
integrity be applied to ourselves and to Mr. Coverson.
We will not permit a stable,
same-sex Black household to be subjected to an extrajudicial multi-agency
property and biological purge under color of authority. We explicitly contrast
this punitive, off-grid treatment forced upon an un-adjudicated, innocent
citizen against the highly privileged accommodations granted to indicted
first-degree murder suspects (such as landlord-hired guard Patrick Randall
Perry) who maintain full social and communication privileges within standard
county facilities.
The sub-30-minute county health
evaluation conducted by Doctor Eric Michael during an intentional 16-day jail
communication deadbolt fails to meet the "clear and convincing"
standard mandated by Conservatorship of Roulet (1979) and Sell v.
United States (2003). Forcing an involuntary psychiatric medication regimen
compromises cognitive function and violates the absolute right to medical
self-determination established under Thor v. Superior Court (1993).
Operations will remain entirely
frozen until these constitutional boundaries are fully restored, and Mr.
Coverson is returned safely to his household sanctuary.
Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, and Mr. Oliver B. Mitchell III, President, is demanding the release of Mr. Coverson within 24 hours.
Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, to include the Afri Bar is a religious and political free organzation whose primary and sole purpose is the freedom of expression for everyone.
By Order of Executive Management.
